A Virgo Moon shining upon the Mango Tree
Tonight is a waxing gibbous at 98% illumination. It’s a moon in the sign of Virgo, I’m told - my moon sign also, I’m told.
The much-talked about penultimate eclipse of the year, and final lunar eclipse of the year, is tomorrow night.
This moon shines down bright, upon me, upon the mango tree in the neighboring house. Well, Virgo moon, you know what I desire. Grant it to me.
And that mango tree. It’s already prepping to bear fruit like 6 months from now. I love that about mango trees and shopping windows in the West. They’re already prepping for the next season. It’s a great reminder of the impermanent hard times, if you’re in them, and a commemoration of happy times if that’s what you’re going through.
That’s all for today.
I had once asked the ocean to take away my troubles. As I stood on the beach letting waves wash up to my feet, I realized the power of water. Ocean waves look swirly and beautiful but their power is immense in dragging away with them all that is unanchored in their path. The ocean delivered.
I know the moon will do the same for me. It’s my moon after all.
